At this time, purchases can only be made by phone or at our Colorado Springs centre of operation.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns on tobacco, except under the circumstance that the tobacco product is defective. Other merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery on the condition that it is unused and in the original packaging.

Tobacco returns
Due to the perishable nature of tobacco products, we will only accept such purchases for exchange within 5 days of your receiving the items and only if there is a problem with the quality or construction of the product.
14-day Guarantee
It is our objective to offer the highest quality merchandise. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unused items in their original packaging and condition within 14 days for a full refund.
